The San Antonio Spurs have re-signed guard Quinndary Weatherspoon to a two-way contract, per the team.

Weatherspoon is in his second year with the Spurs after being selected in the second round of the 2019 draft. He was also on a two-way deal last season.

His best work came in the G League with the Austin Spurs, where Weatherspoon averaged 14.8 points and 4.8 assists. He played in 11 games with the parent club.

Weatherspoon, 24, is 6-foot-3 and just one of three players in Mississippi State history to accumulate more than 2,000 career points.
