Goodman, Dauster launch college hoops podcast network

A general view of the official NCAA game balls.

Longtime college basketball writers Jeff Goodman and Rob Dauster are launching a new network of podcasts under what will be known as the “Field of 68 Media Network” umbrella, as relayed by Ryan Glasspiegel of OutKick.

Goodman writes for Stadium, with Dauster formerly working for NBC Sports. Both are widely respected insiders and voices in the college game.

As Glasspiegel passed along, the network will feature three national and 12 regional podcasts.

Goodman and former Purdue forward Robbie Hummel will host one national podcast, with Dauster to host one and former Nebraska coach Tim Miles to host the other.

Some of the regional hosts belong on the list of all-time performers at their respective programs. Among them:

Dan Dickau (Gonzaga), Eric Devendorf (Syracuse), Shammond Williams (North Carolina), A.J. Guyton (Indiana) and Patric Young (Florida).
