Bucks active in trade talks; Rockets’ Covington among targets

Bucks guard Eric Bledsoe brings up the ball during a game against the Grizzlies.

The Milwaukee Bucks have been especially active in trade talks and are looking to “move on” from point guard Eric Bledsoe, according to Kevin O’Connor of The Ringer.

Furthermore, Houston Rockets forwards Robert Covington and P.J. Tucker are two of the players on the Bucks’ radar, per O’Connor.

The Bucks are looking to add to the roster, with back-to-back NBA MVP with Giannis Antetokounmpo eligible for free agency at the end of next season. They are believed to be trying to do so while also keeping All-Star forward Khris Middleton.

Along with that, the Bucks may be willing to part with their No. 24 overall draft pick.

The NBA window for trades is expected to open by the start of next week.
