Cavaliers waiving Tucker, acquired from Jazz

The Cavaliers are waiving guard Rayjon Tucker, acquired in a trade from the Utah Jazz on Friday, per Kelsey Russo of The Athletic.

Tucker was acquired with a second round pick for cash considerations.

Tucker’s contract was set to become guaranteed Monday.

NBA teams open training camp Tuesday.
